Our Process & Fees
Transport for London (TfL) and other Network Providers are vigorously pursuing alleged offenders.
Fare evasion is a strict liability offence, meaning it does not matter if an individual intended to evade paying a fare or it was an innocent mistake, the mere fact that you failed to produce a valid ticket when requested for your journey, is sufficient for the network provider to take Court Action against you.
You may be issued with a Notice before Action or a Single Justice Procedure Notice. which instructs alleged offenders to enter a plea of guilty or not guilty within 21 days of the notice being issued, the next working day after apprehension.
SG Law can assist you throughout this difficult process with answers to your concerns and questions.
